Barbacoa

So today, I got back from the HMMT trip at 8 o'clockish. When I got home, I went ahead and watched 'Lie to Me' on Hulu and read the latest Naruto [//Nagato's body is really creepy]. Then I slept until 2:20 and got kicked out of my own house because prospective buyers were coming to tour the house. So I went to Chipotle and got my usual burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side.

What have I learned from this uneventful experience? Well, I've reaffirmed my opinion that Barbacoa bests all other Chipotle meats. It fills one's mouth with intricate, spicy flavor, unlike chicken, which is too dry and flavorless. And while steak is very solid, chewy and tough, barbacoa feels like juicy string cheese in your mouth. Mmmm...

Carnitas, on the other hand, is in second place, because although it too exudes flavorful flavor, I consider it a little on the fatty side. Besides, barbacoa's texture just pwns carnitas.
